It’s easy to upload a video from Google Drive to your iPhone. You’ll need an internet connection, and the app will let you download and save a copy of the video to your Camera Roll. Depending on how large the file is, it may take a while to upload. However, the quality of the uploaded video will be restored when you pull it up on your device.
Before you begin, you’ll want to install the Google Drive app on your iPhone. It will provide you with a slick interface, and its built-in video player is good enough to play most videos. You can also save a video from Google Drive to your iCloud drive. Unlike iTunes, however, iCloud doesn’t have a Files app of its own. If you’re on a Windows PC, you’ll have to use a third-party program. While the process isn’t too difficult, it will require some setup. Fortunately, there’s an iPhone iCloud driver that will automatically download the necessary software for you.
